Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Seyfeli Group B.V. (CoC 90964268), unless agreed otherwise in writing.

1. Definitions

“Client” means the party commissioning services. “Staff” means the personnel deployed by Seyfeli Group. “Services” means security, care and related operational services.

2. Quotes & agreements

Quotes are valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed upon written acceptance or upon execution of the first assignment.

3. Execution

We deploy qualified staff, follow agreed protocols and report incidents through the Seyfeli portal. Client provides safe access and accurate site information.

4. Fees & invoicing

Fees are exclusive of VAT. Invoicing is monthly, net 30 days. Late payment incurs statutory interest and collection costs.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurer per incident, capped at the equivalent of one month of invoiced fees for the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality & privacy

Both parties keep all non-public information confidential. Personal data is processed per the privacy statement.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Breda, NL.
