1. Who we are

Seyfeli Group B.V., Jan Frederik Vlekkeweg 10-16, 5026 RJ Tilburg, NL (KvK 90964268). Acts as data controller for the processing described below.

2. What we process

• Contact data (name, e-mail, phone) from contact forms.
• Staff data (full name, employee code, certificates) — only for our own staff.
• Client-account data (name, e-mail, organisation) for portal access.
• Audit logs of badge scans and notifications inside the portal.

3. Why we process

Execution of contracts, security on client locations, internal staff administration, legal obligations, and improving our service.

4. Retention

Contact form submissions: max 24 months. Staff records: up to 7 years after end of employment (tax law). Audit logs: 18 months unless a longer retention is legally required.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability. Contact info@seyfeligroup.nl. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

6. Security

We host data with Supabase (EU region) and Vercel. Access is restricted by row-level security and role-based permissions. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
